You can contact a doctor, nurse or other healthcare professional online using a website called Accurx.
Carer’s of patients
We support carer’s of patients. We will help with arranging convenient appointments, contacting our care advisor if necessary.
Enhanced access
The enhanced access service gives you access to appointments up until 8pm on weekdays and also Saturday and Sunday mornings.
These clinics will be held at a local GP practice. A range of clinics are available, from GPs to physiotherapists.
Please contact a receptionist who can give you further details on the clinics available and is able to book you an appointment if required.

Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
